Open seven days a week, with a different culinary theme set each evening, the Palettes restaurant offers sumptuous buffets for lavish, high-quality breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Guests can enjoy mouthwatering international dishes, along with the best of Mediterranean and Cypriot cuisine, all prepared from the freshest, healthiest ingredients and with the most authentic of flavours.
Each morning, among the extensive buffet featuring egg specialties, cheeses, cured meats and comfort foods, a special breakfast corner showcases local cereals, freshly baked breads, pastries and fruit. Nightly dinner themes include: Cyprus, Italian, International etc.
Buffets are enhanced by live cooking stations and, upon request, vegetarian and diabetic dishes available on request.
